JoyRon Foundation presents the 2025 MICHELIN STAR CHARITY GALA DINNER
at FINCA SON MIR PALMA on
SATURDAY APRIL 5th from 19:00 to 01:30.
We commence the evening with a cava reception served with delicious hors d’oeuvres and entertainment by Diablo V.

Leek tarte tatin with a pear & chervil sorbet and crunchy pistachios

- Angus braised beef short-rib with roasted beetroot, mushrooms, and red wine jus
- Pescatarian – Croaker loin – mellow barley-relish of figs and kalamata
- Vegetarian – Pearl Barley “Risotto” with figs, almond, and kalamata olives

During Dinner, Norbert Fimpel (Talented saxophonist who has played alongside great musicians) will be your entertainment.
After Dinner, we will be entertained by Jitka Lackova (the fantastic and vibrant electric violinist providing music that inspires you to dance the night away) and Diablo V (International DJ).
After Dinner – Drinks Pay Bar by Arlequin
In addition, there will be an Appealing and Quality Fundraising Auction, plus a fundraising raffle of prizes with a total value in excess of €12,000.
