Similar to last year we are delighted to advise that E-Touch Group of Companies and JoyRon Foundation are collaborating together, to bring you this year, not only an entertaining Go-Karting Race Day from 10.00 to 18.00, but also a Family Fun Day  from 11.00 to 17.00 including Children’s Entertainment, Music from three different DJ´s throughout the day, plus excellent Food Catering, Drinks Bar, plus much much more, including raffle prizes, all making for a totally, social and fun day at Magaluf Go Karting Race Track on Sunday 15th October.  with FREE ADMISSION FOR NON GO-KARTERS. All Net Proceeds for the benefit of JoyRon Foundation in aid of Children in Need in the Baleares. see event poster attached.

Both E-Touch and JoyRon look forward to seeing you there during the day, whilst at the same time supporting the cause of Helping Children in Need in the Baleares.

Following the Corona Virus Pandemic of 2020 and 2021, JoyRon Foundation is delighted to advise that we are now back in full swing. During 2022 we havesuccessfully held a number of successful Fund Rasing Events, including an Annual Gala Dinner, a Go-Kart Race Day, and a Charity Dinner with a Pre-Halloween Party Night. That having been said we continue to plan further fund raising events as we move into 2023 see below.

April 2023 Annual Gala Dinner

Following the success of 2018, 2019 and 2022 Gala Dinners, we
can advise that plans for our 2023 Gala Dinner at Finca Son Mir are already underway. The venue and Marc Fosh and his Catering Company are already booked for Saturday 22nd April 2023. Provisional bookings for tables of 10 are already open for booking by e-mail to info@joyronfoundation.org general bookings for groups of less than ten can also be provisionally booked.

Innovation and Art Event May 11th-13th 2023

Initial planning has already commenced, for a three day art exhibition, that will also incorporate aspects of creative innovation for the community. The event venue will be in central Palma, and will include artworks for sale from a number of different local artists, plus an art auction on the last day, plus a number of short presentations on aspects of innovation. More detail will be made available during February and March 2023.

Go-Kart Race Day – To be staged end of September/early October.

Following the great success of the Go-Kart Race Day held October 16 th 2022, JoyRon Foundation is delighted to advise that the event will be repeated in 2023. Date to be finalised in due course. After two Covid years without events, we were excited to invite our benefactors and supporters to the annual JoyRon Michelin Star Gala Dinner again. The event was held at Finca Son Mir the 9th of April 2022, and the guests and sponsors enjoyed a fabulous welcome cocktail in the ourdoors, a fantastic dinner, speaches, a raffle, a charity auction and entertainment into the late night. We at JoyRon Foundation thank all guests and sponsors that made this wonderful event possible.

The JoyRon Foundation is proud to announce its 2022 Michelin Star Charity Dinner at Finca Son Mir on Saturday, April 9 th , 2022!

The Foundation, on behalf of the children in need, is seeking your support by the provision of either
a financial sponsorship of the event, a donation of an item for either the raffle or auction. All of the
funds raised go directly to the children in need in our local communities. For example, funding from
previous events went to build The JoyRon Aquatic Centre.

Raffle Prizes

At our last gala dinner, we had some 56 raffle items and this year we would like to exceed this number, with your help. Every raffle prize donator will receive a level of promotion on the night of the gala dinner.

Auction Items

JoyRon is seeking to obtain at least ten auction items. As a guideline, auction items should have a market value in excess of € 1,000. Donators of auction items will receive promotion on the night of the gala dinner via the event projection screen and a listing with their logo on auction item posters/leaflets. High valued auction donators will be offered their logo on the photocall plus a small table display facility if requested.

Event Sponsorship

Event sponsorships are a wonderful way to support the JoyRon Foundation while gaining exposure for your company. Three tiers of sponsorship are available:

Silver: A financial sponsorship of € 500 includes:

 Your company logo on the menu card, projection screen and on the photocall
 Your company roll-up banner displayed

Gold: A financial sponsorship of € 1.000 includes:

 Your company logo on the menu card, projection screen and on the photocall

 Option to have a small display table in the main foyer

As most of you are aware following the success of the JoyRon publication of the Diversity of Mallorca Calendar in 2018, 2019 and 2020. However at the last minute, the foundation had to cancel the publication of a 2021 calendar due to the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, as it was considered that sufficient donation sales of the calendar would not be feasible with respect to the effort and reward required. However we are delighted to advise that whilst we are writing this blog, a 2022 Diversity of Mallorca Calendar is currently rolling off the print machines. In fact, we are optimistic that we will be presenting and marketing the 2022 Calendar from and commencing 14th October 2021.    

For those, that are not fully aware The JoyRon Foundation’s Diversity of Mallorca calendar is a celebration of our beautiful island, showcasing the multitude of activities, services and products the island has to offer, set of course against the backdrop of this beautiful island in the western Mediterranean.The calendar is produced on A3 plus size top quality paper and printed to a very high standard, the calendar is in both English and Spanish languages and records the UK holidays and notable dates as well as the main Spanish holidays and notable dates. All this makes the calendar, one of the very best available and most certainly extremely good value, for a donation of just euro 15.00 per calendar.

The calendar makes an ideal Christmastime or New Year gift for corporate clients, friends or family members back home, depicting the various scenes of our wonderful island of Mallorca. It comes shrink wrapped (standard) or can be supplied ready boxed for postage at a very small additional donation. For those who wish to purchase a volume of calendars as gifts for clients or family we are able to offer various rates of discount for orders of 30 calendars or more. The discount level between 30 to 59 calendars will be16.6% discount, just euro 12.50 per calendar , for 60 plus calendars the discount level will be 33.3% discount, just euro 10.00 per calendar. 

100% of all the money donated for each calendar contributes towards the support, of underprivileged, seriously ill, impoverished, or in care children in the Balearic Islands. Fuller details and sample images of the calendar pages are planned to be available on our website www.joyronfoundation.org menu page Webshop from 14th October onwards.
